FIEE In there Research Institute , the director of this institute Ing is . Judith Betetta Gómez. The teachers of the faculty may have projects of research working with college students, for which they receive their respective compensation. However, many teachers have presented their research project and received their respective compensation but have not completed their projects through DAY TODAY! Many of these projects began 1 or 2 years ago and still not complete. Here we show one of them.
JORGE CASE BUTLER GUSTAVO BLACK
The Ing. Butler is head of the Project "Designing a POSITION CONTROL OF A MOTOR DC FOR ROBOTIC APPLICATIONS USING DSPS, this project was initiated in 2007. As in any project must submit a monthly report after from being fulfilled period project completion is due the final report by the head of the Project.
legal adviser FIEE, in its Report No. 008-2009 - ALE - JASG , state:
"So given that to date the Ing. Jorge Gustavo BUTLER BLACK has not complied with the submission report for the project assumed and office, is that according to Art . 38, Inc . "c" of the norm bounded inside before he was informed CANCELLATION the the project, provided the cause had not filed within the time limits their reports. "
The Ing. Butler, on June 15 this year write a letter to the Dean arguing that:
"In this regard, I know your we have had a number of difficulties to conclude the work, but over the next 15 days will send the final project report, which have been corrected observations made to previous reports. "
is ironic when the student is given a deadline by work and fails to deliver on time, we quickly apply their "laws" and do not at another date. However, the teacher asks 15 days more to submit your work and do not meet the stipulated date.
EXPECT THE 15 DAYS ...... AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS!
Another letter Ing. Dean Butler and says well .....

As students we can not overlook the irresponsibility of teachers, if they committed to finish the project on a fixed date must comply.
addition, the TEFIEE made inquiries in the case of Mr. BUTLER and found a letter which Mr. FIGUEROA, dated December 2007, which mentions that the project is withdrawn due to an expertise that would do not have time for the project.
QUESTION:
Si el Ing. Figueroa ya se había retirado del proyecto en Diciembre del 2007, ¿Por qué el Ing. BUTLER menciona en una carta (04 de Noviembre 2009), que el retraso de su informe se debía a que el Ing. Figueroa se encontraba enfermo ¿no había el Ing. Figueroa dejado de ser parte del proyecto? ¿Por qué el proyecto dependería de alguien que ya se había retirado?
